When my flight takes off from Baltimore on a beautiful, sunny July afternoon, I look down and see thousands of boats docked at marinas throughout the Chesapeake area and all the way to Ft. Lauderdale, my destination. There are rows of slides filled with yachts that wish to enjoy the warm breeze of the sea, the sun and the smells and noises of summer. This scene is repeated around the world in thousands of marinas with hundreds of thousands of boats. I see that and I wonder why people don`t like their boats. Many of these ships do not leave their skidding. Even if the ownership of your boat is registered with an organization, the information does not record the shares in which the boat is held. So if you own 60% and I own 40%, we have to put it in another document.
